Speech/Language Evaluation In clinic or Teletherapy (case by case basis) Evaluations include complete standardized assessment, parent consultation, and written report for schools, doctor's offices, etc. Discount options are available for private pay clients (no insurance) Superbills can be provided for insurance reimbursement- In-Network Insurance will be billed Speech/Language Therapy Intervention In clinic or Teletherapy (case by case basis) Therapy includes skilled, therapeutic intervention focusing on your child's needs in the areas of articulation, phonology, expressive language, receptive language, and/or fluency. Progress Notes and parent suggestions will be provided upon request. Discount options available for private pay clients Superbills can be provided for insurance reimbursement - In-Network Insurance will be billed School Readiness Assessments In clinic Evaluations include complete standardized assessment, parent consultation, and written report. Intended for children 3 years 0 months to 7 years 11 months, this assessment assesses comprehension of the concepts strongly related to early childhood cognitive and language development, school readiness, and early school achievement: colors, letters, numbers/counting, size/comparisons, shapes, and self/social awareness. Pre and Post Tests available. $100 per child Discount options available for private pay clients Homeschool (Homeschool) Academic Achievement Evaluation In-clinic Meets and exceeds Colorado homeschool testing requirements. Includes parent survey, Academic Achievement Evaluation, parent consultation, and report. State requirement is 3rd-12th grade, but we are able to test preschool-12th grade. $150 per child, discounts for multiple children |
